Ian Malcolm's boat

Stingo  -  Albacore #1554, 15' Uffa Fox designed, All varnished, hot molded wooden racing dinghy circa. 1961. Returning to port after a very lumpy, wet and windy sail on the River Orwell.

Stingo is mostly unmodernised with original fittings, the mast is original, the boom is Wood and the Seagull outboard that got us back reliably through the worst the east coast could throw at us is only a little younger than she is.  We dont race her much, but do mostly day sailing and short cruises, sleeping ashore.
