Easton Maryland, named one of the Best Small Towns in America, is nestled on the eastern shore of beautiful Chesapeake Bay. History

The idea of the town was first set down in 1710 by the Assembly of the Province of Maryland as the site for a new courthouse. It served merchants and farmers in the pre-Revolutionary period and soon grew as a planned community.
